Our company specializes in mold design and manufacturing, with a focus on irregular workpieces and precision gear products, and we have a mass production system in place. We primarily use a 1000TON knuckle press to shorten processes through transfer processing, and we have established a production line for a series of raw materials using two annealing furnaces and a bonding line. We will introduce a case study of our dowel pin extraction technology using cold forging techniques. The product is formed into a dowel (pin) with a total height of 1.7mm from the bottom surface using SPCE with a thickness of 1.2mm. We crush the thickness down to 0.8mm and use a processing method that gathers material into the boss, resulting in a flat finish on the back surface. Compared to pin insertion, this method excels in processing costs, strength, and precision, making it an effective value-added proposal for products that involve pin insertion processes.
